Is there any pain?

There is no pain, this is a non-invasive service. Some will experience soreness, tenderness, redness, or bruising from pressure depending on the person’s body, pain tolerance or skin sensitivity.

How many sessions of the procedure will I need? 

Everyone is shaped differently so this depends on your body and what your goals are. After your initial appointment, this can be discussed.

Will the fat destroyed from laser lipo and lipo cavitation return?

No, the fat is completely destroyed, however eating healthy and moderate exercise is recommend so you don't grow new fat. 

All custom & multi-session packages must be completed!

All Packages (custom and multi-session) Must be COMPLETED IN FULL. Early Termination of a package will result in an *Early Termination Fee. Sessions are to be used in the time allotted as unused sessions will be forfeited. All clients MUST finish packages and any packages not completed within 6 months will be deactivated. A fee will be assessed to reactivate any deactivated packages. Because packages provide a heavily discounted session of services, terminating your package early will result in you being charged the full amount of each session already received as you have now voided the package deal pricing and it will now be charged as “a la carte” pricing. Any overdue balances not resolved within 3 months from termination date will have the card on file charged, if unsuccessful then the overdue balance will be sent to collections and may affect your credit score.

Trainings, Classes & Courses

All trainings, courses and classes require a non-refundable deposit to book. ALL trainings, classes and courses are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. Remaining balances must be paid in full by date specified. Certifications and other materials may be withheld at the business’s discretion until remaining balance is paid. Each student must save a card on file and is responsible for making payments on time if in an installment plan. A late fee of $25 will be charged once a week each week past the due date. After a missed payment, a student may be restricted from their learning portal until payment is received.

Prohibited Conduct: If any conflicts arise or student becomes hostile with or within the establishment causing a disruption to the operations of the business. Students may not injure the reputation of the business by making allegations against us which are made in false and bad faith. Prohibited conduct by any trainee (family, friends or invite) is a violation by you and we reserve the right in our sole discretion to temporarily or permanently ban you from the business (portals, trainings and services). That permits the pursuit of such person will be in violation of agreement, all balances at that point will be due within 5 days.

Who is not eligible for treatments?

Depending on the service provided:

- During menstruation

- Skin infections and diseases

- Thyroid disease or other hormonal disorders

- Any other chronic diseases

- Heart disease and pacemakers

- Allergy to applied materials

- Severe high blood pressure or circulatory disease

- Cancer

- Those with any metal rods or artificial joint or surgical implants.

- Epilepsy

- Hemorrhagic disease

- Pregnant or breastfeeding

- Infectious diseases

- Liver or kidney disease

- Under 18

-Any persons experiencing any illness or sickness

*Any property owned by Bodied By Brii that is damaged by clients will be invoiced and billed to that client for payment to cover the item(s) damaged!
